The purpose of this Placement Advisory Bureau is to deliver employment related services to the ITI students. One room with proper infrastructure has been allocated for this Bureau in our ITI. Newspapers, magazines and books have been made available in this bureau which can be helpful to the ITI trainees to get employment information. Computer and internet facility has also been provided to this Bureau. So that student can access employment information by precooking the computers.

PAB endeavors to be a bridge between the Employers and the employee. PAB is functional at this Institute since 2007. PAB assist the students to plan their career, help in job searching, give career counseling, organize campus interviews, provides passed out trainees data to the Industries who want to conduct Interviews at their premises, Provides details of the job opening appearing in new papers and magazines and help the students get jobs as soon as they pass-out of the ITI.

Various magazines, Newspapers, Periodicals usefull for career development, counseling, personality development and enhancing their competitive skill are also available in the library attached to PAB.

Professional counseling services are also made available to students. The Placement Advisor documents the information of each and every ITI student, help them prepare their curriculum-vitae and assist them in applying for jobs. Moreover, guest lectures are organized on Career related subjects by inviting Human Resource Managers and other experts from industries.

As a part of placement. We have specified on the job, training in our Apprel sector as well as in BPO sector. It recognizes for us one noble effort to made start to aware the trainee, and impact a proper training of industrial tasks. The basic concept behind this training is that each trainee can get the benefit on this scheme and as per demand they may get their employed before they have to prove that they are fit for the field, and it play the role of motivation, correction and building the confidence.
